What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Are TGIN products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all TGIN products are formulated to be gentle and are safe for use on color-treated hair. Our sulfate-free shampoos help maintain your color while providing essential moisture.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your curls. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to bring TGIN to our customers worldwide very soon.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. TGIN is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
